英文的倒裝句到底是什麼？

英文的倒裝句是許多同學的夢魘，真的超難的，難道學習的時候超級想吐，老師教得也很想吐，但是如果寫作可以用這種假掰的句型的話，應該會讓自己的寫作分數提升不好，所以我就把它分享出來，讓更多人知道也可以學習。

到底什麼是倒裝句啊！！！饒了我吧！！！

倒裝句最主要的就是把主詞跟動詞倒過來，聽起來還是很模糊？沒關係我們先來搞懂它的結構。

一般來說，英文的句子都是主詞接動詞，Ｓ＋Ｖ，

I like apples.
I love my mum.
My mum went to the supermarket with her friends yesterday.

倒裝句就是要把主詞跟動詞反過來，變成像問句的樣子，可是他不是問句。

他是用在強調或是戲劇化的時候。

什麼時候可以用倒裝句呢？

1. 否定或者是限定副詞(negative or limiting adverbs)

像是 never, hardly, rarely, only, not …

就可以把這些副詞放在句首，然後再進行倒裝。

例句時間

I had never met someone so interesting before I met you.
-> Never Had I met someone so interesting before I met you.

I have never drunk beer.
-> never have I drunk beer.

如果遇到一搬動詞，記得跟問句一樣把助動詞還給他。

I rarely go outside this year.
-> Rarely do I go outside this year.

如果是遇到特殊字像是 not until 要先把until 後面的還給他，後面的句子在倒裝。

I did not know what to do until I saw what had happened.
-> Not until I saw what had happened did I know what to do.

I won’t know what I should do next until he finishes his project.
-> Not until he finishes his project will I know what I should do.

這些字有 not until, not before, only while, only after, only as …

討厭的是，如果not 跟only 在一起，他們那句話就要倒裝。

Not only did I sweep the floor, but I also mopped the floor.

假設語氣的倒裝就是把If 刪掉，直接倒裝即可。

If I were an animal, I would be a cat.
-> Were I an animal, I would be a cat.

If I had stayed longer, I could have helped you.
-> Had I stayed longer, I could have helped you.

比較討厭的是第一型的假設語氣，他要在前面加上Should.

If you visit my hometown, I will buy you a gift.
-> Should you visit my hometown, I will buy you a gift.

代名詞的倒裝句，是不用倒裝的，天阿！！！我在講什麼ＴＴ

舉例來說公車來了！！！

Here comes the bus.
Here it comes.

所以當代名詞you he … 出現的時候，就要把他原本的位置還給他的意思！！

Here you are.
Here we go.
