經濟學人閱讀｜房地產熱潮

今天要來看一篇經濟學人的文章，因為疫情和付完自己的學貸，所以年輕人開始購屋，讓房地產的市場開始活絡起來，台灣人其實也很愛討論房市，所以我們就來看看有什麼單字和句型是我們可以學起來的～

第一段：房地產熱潮的成因
買房已經是很多千禧年出生的人的遙遠夢想，然後又要付學貸等等，又稱作為千禧年這個世代的租金，幾年後，付完學貸、延後成家和晚點生小孩等，這些變成造成在富有世界中的房地產熱潮的起因。

第二段：用數據證明
在美國、加拿大和英國，數據都顯示這些千禧年的出生的人的購房率有50~60%

第三段：建設公司要蓋更多房子
跟2021 年比起來，建設公司可能要多蓋 40 萬戶的房子才有辦法滿足需求

第四段：疫情也有影響
除了前面提到的已經還完學貸等等，疫情也是房地產開始變熱的原因之一，因為要在家上班希望有更多的空間等等。

第五段：區域性
很多人已經不會買在大城市，可能會開始往二三線城市跑（可能是房價比較便宜，也加上現在可以遠距上班）

第六段：遠距上班讓人們去不同的州
在美國就有因為可以遠距上班，所以人們可以選擇的州就可以更為廣泛，不一定要去有大城市的州

第七段：房地產市場會不會冷卻
因為現在利率開始提高等因素，可能會造成房地產的市場冷卻

第八段：材料和工人的短缺
另外一個問題就是材料和工人的短缺，可能會讓市場沒有足夠的房子給人買

這句話是用來解釋什麼是千禧年寶寶的，後面又說明了這是美國最大的一個世代。

他其實是把兩句話合在一起的分詞構句：

原句：

因為兩句話主詞一樣，所以可以省略沒有意思的連接詞，然後根據主被動決定一開頭的動詞要用 pp 還是 Ving，因為第一句話是被動，所以這裡要用 pp

就會變成上面那句話了！
