The line graph compares how much waste three companies produced between the years 2000 and 2015.
It is clear that there were significant changes in the amounts of waste produced by all three companies. Companies A and B saw waste output falling over the fifteen-year period; however, the amount of waste produced by company C increased considerably.
In 2000, company A produced 12 tonnes of waste, while companies B and C produced around 8 tonnes and 4 tonnes respectively. Company A produced less waste in the following years and produced fewer than 9 tonnes in 2015.
The waste output produced by companies B and C increased by about 2 tonnes. There was a dramatic decrease in the waste output produced by company B from over 9 tonnes to 3 tonnes between 2005 and 2015, a significant drop in 10 years. However, company C produced more and more waste in the following ten years to around 10 tonnes.
